1. Health Score

This month, we officially launched Nedap Now Health Score. Using the Score and Trend indicators, you no longer need to review each animal's graph one by one. You will be able to see the overall health status of your animals at just a glance. This will save you time, allowing you to focus on the animals that really need it.

The Score, ranging from 1  to 10, gives a quick indication of an animal's overall health status. ​

The Trend displays the extent to which the animal's health score changed in the past 6 hours:

• The arrow-up indicates that the animal's health is improving.

• The horizontal line indicates that the animal's health has not changed.

• The arrow-down suggests that the animal's health is declining.

With the Health Score, you can shift your focus to what really matters: Providing care and attention to the animals that need extra care.

2. Tag Usage

Unlock the full potential of the Tag app! The Tag usage page, a new feature within the Tag app of Nedap Now, helps you monitor and manage your farm's SmartTags, making your life easier and your farm smarter.

Key benefits

1. Total Tag Control: At a glance, see how many tags are actively monitoring your animals at a specific point in time and how many tags were used up to a specific moment within a selected timeframe. It's like having a bird's-eye view of your entire farm's tag activity.

2. Save Time & Money: Keep track of each tag's usage. Have you ever had to switch tags between animals? Now, track every reassignment easily. This way, you're always on top of your tag management, ensuring none of your animals go unmonitored.

3. Visualize Your Tag Usage: The timeline view turns complex data into easy-to-understand visuals. Watch your farm's tag usage in the selected timeframe; see how many tags are active and how many are actually in use.

3. Enhanced Data Integration with New Connectors

We also implemented a significant upgrade in our software's connectivity. The Nedap Now platform's data integration capabilities are reaching new heights with the continuously growing number of data connectors. These connectors bridge Nedap Now with major herd management systems, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced decision-making.

Welcoming VAS Pulse to Our Data Connectors Family! With the addition of VAS Pulse, our collection of data connectors now boasts even more robust and versatile options for data integration. This means more power in your hands to synchronize, analyze, and leverage data across various platforms, enhancing your herd management efficiency like never before.

What else did we improve...

Support for FE SmartTags. Our health monitoring capabilities now support FE tags as well. FE SmartTags are tags that detect Fertility and Eating behavior patterns only. Use the Settings app in Nedap Now to adjust the FE tags to your specific needs. The FE tags now also detect when an animal is starting to eat less and less over a period of time. As you very well know, this can be crucial for early health intervention.

Note that the new Health Score feature is not compatible with FE tags. It is unlikely that this feature will be made available for FE tags in the near future.
