1. Improved Layout of the App Switcher

We are excited to announce a new update for our app switcher that will improve the use of space. We have implemented a list view that will make it easier to navigate through your apps and reduce unnecessary screen space.

In addition, we have also added some new functionalities to the app switcher that were previously only available in the Home screen.

2. Customize Columns

You can now customize which columns appear in which order. This feature allows you to manage more details from the list view and highlight the information that is most important to your farm. Customization is specific to the table on the device currently in use.

There are three types of columns: Fixed columns, Columns in use, and Available columns:

  • Fixed columns are mandatory and fixed. These columns are not visible in the column options and cannot be turned off or reordered.

  • Columns in use are columns that are visible. By selecting and dragging the order, you can reorder how they appear in the page. By clicking the toggle, you can hide the column.

  • Available columns are columns that are hidden from view. By clicking the toggle, the column will be visible.

3. Days Carried Calf Column

We have added a new column option in the Health Checks worklist - the Days Carried Calf column.

The Days Carried Calf field is calculated as the number of days since the last insemination for pregnant animals.

4. Automatic refresh of the worklist pages

The Worklist app shows a banner with a message whenever new work items become available. This banner includes a link to refresh the worklist. Gone are the days of manually refreshing the browser, as the refresh process has now been automated in the background. All you have to do is press the 'refresh' button to see the latest updates to your worklist.

What else we improved

  • New columns: The following columns are available in the Reports app and worklists:

    • Last 24 hours eating time.

    • Last 24 hours ruminating time.

    • Last 24 hours inactive time.

  • Worklist app: We have added a filter in the Tag Notification worklist where you can filter on specific tag issues.

  • Help pages: You will now be directly redirected to the correct page in the help system, making it easier and faster for you to find the answers you need.

  • New Column format: You now have the option to choose between the minute notation or the h/m notation, making it easier for you to read and understand the data. For example, you can choose to display times as '81 minutes' or '2h 21m'.
