Smarter “No Data” Alerts: Never send data vs Stopped sending data
We’ve refined the “No data” alert to make your "SmartTag issues" worklist more specific. The system now recognizes two distinct situations:
Never sent data – a SmartTag that has not switched on automatically or from which the number was entered incorrectly. This alert will be triggered after 36 hours and cannot be changed.
Stopped sending data – a SmartTag that was active but has not sent data for a long period of time. By default this alert will be triggered after 24 hours, but you can alter this, if you want to receive faster notifications.
